RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Shapla Mart dispatching dependent on the client chose conveyance openings. Right now, we can just transport to addresses inside Singapore.

Warehouse Processing Time:

All requests take 1 business day for Warehouse preparation and to guarantee request precision.

Standard Shipping and Rate:

1. Free following day dispatching on orders $60 or more

2. $6 transportation charge for next delivery on orders under $60 esteem.

3. Delivery timings between 9.00 AM – 9.00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

4. No Delivery on Public holiday and Sunday.

Free Returns:

We stand behind our products and believe in customer satisfaction and our service. If you are not 100% satisfied with our product(s), you can exchange the product(s) within 1 day from the date of receipt.
